Holy cow, Chipie! What a great dress. And, we confess, although we don’t really know what they mean by labeling the garment a “mango pop kapa” sundress, we think it could easily mean “the most amazing thing ever” or something similar. We did notice that our favorite Scottie dog makes another adorable appearance in this fabric, too. The look is part Asian, part American polka dot, part embroidered, part something-else-entirely.
