Payment Information
What payment methods can I use?
Trendy Togs accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Google Checkout and Discover as forms of payment for our boutique children’s clothes. We do not accept checks, cash or COD’s.
What about using Paypal?
As noted above, we gladly accept PayPal, however, we must receive your PayPal payment within 24 hours of your purchase. If your PayPal payment is not received in this period, the order will be cancelled.
Do I have to pay Sales Tax?
If you are a Georgia resident, we’ll add 7% sales tax (sorry!). Otherwise, there is no sales tax.

Ordering Information
How can I tell if an item is in stock?
You can check the availability on an item from the drop-down menu on the item page. The inventory information is updated in real-time.
If an item or size is out of stock, can you get more?
If you see an item or size that is not in stock, we’re happy to try to get it for you.

Can I order over the phone?
If you still don’t feel comfortable using the web, please feel free to call us directly at 1 (866) 633-3330 and you can place your order over the phone.
Do you have a Size Chart?
Each of the boutique children’s clothing brands we offer runs differently. In most cases, we include sizing information in the description of the product. If you have questions about a specific outfit, contact us at customercare@trendytogs.com, we’ll be happy to take measurements and make sure it fits the first time.
What about Shipping Method & Charges?
We offer a variety of methods for shipping; please refer to our Shipping page for detailed information about options and pricing.
How can I track my Order?
You check the status of your order at any time on the My Account page.
If you’ve chosen a shipping method that allows tracking, you can access that information as well.

Do you offer Preorders?
We do not pre-sell our items, we only sell items that are in-stock and ready to ship.

Returns and Exchanges
What is your Returns Policy?
We love our clothes and want you to love them too. So, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return your items
for a refund or exchange. Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt. You may return unused clothing items in their original condition with tags attached,
for an exchange or refund. Used items and personalized items cannot be accepted for exchange or refund and will be returned at customer’s expense.
What items are not returnable?
For health reasons, we do not accept returns on swimsuits.
Please consider sale and holiday items a final sale. These items can only be exchanged for a size, if it is available, within 14 days from purchase.
The shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
How do I Return Something?
Please include a copy of your sales invoice along with a brief explanation for the return and ship the item(s) to the following address:

Any clothes or items returned in less than perfect condition will be sent back at the customer's expense. Please make sure when returning your package that you use a traceable shipping method, as we can’t give you credit for items that we don’t receive back.
How do I Exchange Something?
If you need to make an exchange, you have two options:
- Return your item with a note inside stating the exchanges you would like. If the items are in stock, when we receive the returns, we will gladly exchange your items.
- Place a new order for the item you would like to exchange which insure that you will receive the item you want. When we receive the return, a refund will be submitted.
Additional shipping fees will apply for exchanges.

How safe and secure is your website?
You can shop with confidence on Trendy Togs. Trendy Togs protects your online order information by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology.
SSL digitally encrypts your order, making it undecipherable to anyone except Trendy Togs. To take advantage of secure shopping, you must have an SSL
compatible browser such as Internet Explorer. Please review the Secure Shopping page on our

In conjunction with our SSL provider, we offer a warranty of up to $100,000 in the event you suffer monetary losses as a result of an online credit card transaction with Trendy Togs. Please review the policy for specific details.
