This information is collected and maintained in a secure database, may include name, billing and shipping addresses, telephone numbers, and email addresses. We do not EVER store your credit card information except for what is needed to complete the transaction. Trendy Togs, LLC may use this information to send you email or printed (via US mail) materials promoting our products, announcing sales, and special offers. Every customer has the option of declining to receive future correspondence from Trendy Togs, LLC by contacting Customer Support. Email Subscribers can opt out of the email list from Trendy Togs, LLC by unsubscribing on the link that appears on the bottom of every email or by contacting Customer Support.

Trendy Togs will not make your personal information available to any third party except as necessary to complete an order. You can shop with confidence on Trendy Togs. Once your credit card information is used for order processing, it is immediately destroyed. When you visit our boutique, we automatically recognize your Internet Service Provider and track which pages you visit. This tracking is done to help us improve your shopping experience at our children’s boutique and doesn’t capture any personal information.

For your security, orders on our children’s boutique are secured using an industry leading technology called SSL encryption. Because of this, your order information can be trusted to be moved securely onto our servers. For SSL security to work, you must use an SSL-enabled browser. (Please note that email is not a secure means of sensitive information.) Our certificate provider, Comodo SSL Security, enables Trendy Togs to offer industry leading security. An ecommerce websites must have an SSL certificate to ensure safe credit card transactions.
