How will it be shipped?
In the continental US:
You can choose between US Priority Mail and UPS. We highly recommend you choose UPS because your order is insured and trackable throughout the delivery process. If you select US Priority Mail, there is no tracking information and we rely on the USPS delivery confirmation information to show your order as delivered. If the USPS tracking number shows as ‘delivered’, we are no longer responsible for your package. For shipping to Hawaii and Alaska, we use USPS Priority Mail as a method of shipping
Outside the continental US:
We offer USPS Express Priority for shipping outside of the US. Any duties and taxes incurred are the responsibility of the recipient and are payable upon receipt of the goods. We are legally obligated to list the true value of the package on the customs forms. We will not accept returned packages refused for non-payment of duties. Please contact your post office regarding duties imposed before placing your order. Orders that weight over 10lbs will require additional shipping charges, we will contact you regarding the charges before the package can ship.

How long will it take to arrive?
UPS Ground Delivery will arrive in 3-5 business days depending on location.
USPS Priority Mail will arrive is 2-3 business days depending on location.
Express Global Priority will arrive in 1 – 4 business days depending on location.
When available, your shipping confirmation email will contain tracking information so that you can check the progress of your order.

What about expedited shipping?
We offer expedited shipping through UPS and USPS Express Mail. USPS Express Mail is a next day guaranteed for MOST areas, rural areas are a 2 day guarantee. If you live in a rural area and need it next day we offer UPS Next Day. Your order will be shipped the same business day if placed before 12PM EST. Saturday delivery UPS is extra and must be noted, otherwise it will arrive Monday. If you have a special request or need immediate assurance that your order will make it in time, please call us directly at 866.630.3330.

What if I want to return or exchange something?
First, please review our Returns Policy.
We love our boutique child clothes and want you to love them too. So, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return your items for a refund or exchange. Given the limited quantities and seasonality of the wonderful clothes we offer, returns must be made within 14 days of receipt. You may return unused items or clothes in their original condition with tags attached, for an exchange or refund
We do NOT accept returns on the following items; swimsuits, holiday or personalized items.
Sale items may only be exchanged for a size, if it is available, within 14 days from receipt.

Please include a copy of your sales invoice along with a brief explanation for the return/exchange. When you do return something, we recommend that you use shipping method that can be tracked and insured, as we can’t process a return we have not received.
